These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the user ("User" or "you") of the n444 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and the n444 operator ("n444", "we" or "us"). By accessing this site or creating an account, you agree to accept all provisions of these Terms.

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another account.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• n444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time.
• n444 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a user fails to activate it after claiming.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to betting activities on n444:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, except in cases of technical error.
• n444 has the final right to accept or reject any bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or factual mistake in an event, n444 may void the affected bets.
• Betting rules relating to sports events depend on the specific conditions of the sport concerned.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, n444 will conduct an investigation and may suspend the account if necessary.
• Bets cannot exceed the available funds in the account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on n444:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to collect bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

• Engaging in abusive or harassing behaviour toward other users.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, n444 will immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in it.

VIP Program and Rewards

n444's VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

VIP tier progression is determined based on a player's activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account. n444 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms or discontinue the program.

Account Closure and Suspension

n444 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• If fraud or dishonest activity is suspected.
• If a connection to money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• At the user's own request (in the case of self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
